Welcome to ATSUS

Academic Technologies Services and User Support (ATSUS), a division of Cornell Information Technologies, supports the academic mission of Cornell University. We use information technologies to facilitate instruction, research, collaboration and outreach. ATSUS comprises six programs: Academic Technologies, Classroom Technologies, Customer Service, Educational Television, Instructional and Web Services, and Training & Documentation.   • Support: Evaluate, select, and support the adoption of multi-media technologies to enhance the learning process.
  • Craft: Design computer/audio/video systems and coordinate their installation.
  • Communicate/Collaborate: Develop video and Web conferencing, video (Web) streaming, and audio/video distribution technologies and infrastructure.
  • The Contact Center handles phone, e-mail, online, and walk-in reported customer issues.
  • Communication & Outreach is responsible for the planning, development, and execution of CIT's communication, outreach, and service line management strategies.
